THE SNHU CONCERT SERIES
A COMMUNICATION CAPSTONE
ABOUT

The SNHU Concert Series was founded by Angie Rupple and Kylie Jackson in the Spring semester of 2024 as part of their Communication Capstone project. The series aims to raise funds for charities or nonprofit organizations while providing opportunities for everyone involved. Local artists performing in the series gain exposure to a new audience of college students, and students on campus enjoy greater access to live music experiences. Most importantly, the Concert Series fosters a sense of community within Southern New Hampshire University, as students come together for a charitable cause.
Throughout the project's time, The SNHU Concert Series has reached over 100 in-person attendees per show with added attendees via livestream. The series has raised nearly $3,000 for organizations like the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, Direct Relief, and The National Parks Conservation Association.
